Facility Scheduler
- Default Schedule: Schedulers working on default schedules may now clear multiple assignments from an employee’s schedule in a single operation rather than deleting each assignment individually.
- Employee Assignment Notes: A Facility column was added to the Employee Assignment Notes screen to provide additional location information. This column displays the facility COID number.
- Open Needs: When generating needs from the department’s shift code template, needs are no longer created from disabled shift codes.
MyScheduler
- Contract Employees: Once an end date is received from Workforce, contract employees will be prevented from requesting shifts beyond that date while self-scheduling. They will also be prevented from requesting time off or to fill open
needs beyond the received end date.
