Access: Users assigned the Reports - Staffing Effectiveness Report permission. By default, the following roles are assigned this permission: Educator, Manager, Director, Sr Leader, Facility Coordinator, Performance Improvement Labor, Facility Administrator, and higher.
The Staffing Effectiveness Report can be used to calculate actual staffing to target for reporting.
Report results are presented in two views: Summary and Data.
The Summary view displays scheduling data totals by skill or professional status for the selected date range or schedule period.
The Data view displays a detailed, expanded view of all skills per shift and day.
As with other reports, you can drag the column header to the top of the table to group information and gather final data. The Export to Excel function keeps the same sort order that you select when you move one or more column headers.
