To submit a help request:
- For users assigned the Charge role or higher, click Help in the main navigation bar.
- Click Submit an Issue in the sub menu.
- Complete the form, providing as much detail as possible.
- Click Submit.
Pro Tip: When possible attach screenshots. Images are very helpful when investigating issues.
To Request Advanced Access to Facility Scheduler
- For users assigned the Charge role or higher, click Help in the main navigation bar.
- Click Request Access - eSAF in the sub menu.
- Complete the form.
- Click Submit.
- Important Note: You can only submit requests for roles equivalent to or below your assigned role in the Facility Scheduler application.
For example, a user assigned the Charge role cannot request a Manager role be assigned to an employee.
