To submit a help request:

  1. For users assigned the Charge role or higher, click Help in the main navigation bar.
  2. Click Submit an Issue in the sub menu.
  3. Complete the form, providing as much detail as possible. 
  4. Click Submit.

 

To Request Advanced Access to Facility Scheduler

  1. For users assigned the Charge role or higher, click Help in the main navigation bar.
  2. Click Request Access - eSAF in the sub menu.
  3. Complete the form.
  4. Click Submit.
