Printing the Daily Roster

• Important Note: Many HCA facilities have set the Daily Roster to Read-only access or disabled it entirely. For additional information see: Staffing Dashboard - Daily Roster

Access: Users assigned the Charge role and higher may view and print the daily roster. 

To Print the Daily Roster:

1. Go to Daily Roster > Daily Roster Filter and enter filter criteria.
2. Click Save to view the selected roster(s).
3. In the Daily Roster screen header, click the Print icon
   
   
   
4. The Print Daily Roster page opens with each Department schedule arranged in printable format in the default layout: Size: Letter, Orientation: Portrait, Direction: Across Then Down.
5. Use the Print toolbar to select the print format you want.
   1. Size: Letter (8.5 x 11) or Legal (8.5 x 14)
   2. Orientation: Portrait (vertical) or Landscape (horizontal)
   3. Direction
      1. Across Then Down - The schedules for each Department display in sequence Across Then Down, meaning from left to right on the page, and when the Department tables reach the edge of the page, the schedules then go down and start again to display left to right.
      2. Down Then Across - The schedules for each Department display in sequence Down Then Across meaning from top to bottom on the page, and when the Department tables reach the bottom of the page, the schedules then go across (to the right) and start again to display top to bottom.
         
         
         
6. Click one of the Print buttons.
   1. Print the Report
   2. Print the Current Page 
7. The Print dialog box opens.
8. Select (click to highlight) the printer where you want the Daily Roster to print, and then click Print.
9. Optional: Export the Report to a disk, view in a new window, or save in a format you select.

 

File Format	Description
PDF	Acrobat Portable Document Format.
XLS	Excel Spreadsheet.
RTF	Rich Text File.
MHT Microsoft Hyper Text	A web page format used to include the content in external links (such as images and other files) together with HTML code into a single standalone File that you can view in your Internet browser page.
TXT Text file	Plain text with no formatting, such as bold, italic.
CSV Text file	Plain text with no formatting, such as bold, italic.
IMAGE	Image such as BMP, JPG, GIF.
