Overtime Groups at Administration - Overtime Groups

Access: Roles assigned the Overtime - Change Group/Rule permission. The following roles are assigned this permission by default: Facility Coordinator, Facility Administrator, Administrator 2, and Administrator roles.

You can set a default Overtime Group for a facility and for each department in the facility. If the employee's department does not have a default Overtime Group, then the Employee belongs to the default Facility Overtime Group.

Facility Scheduler has three types of overtime (premium) pay rules for employees.

The letter Y in the Employee's OT column appears for an Overtime Rule violation (Y = Overtime Rule violation). Click the Y to open a note that shows the Overtime Rule and the date(s) of the violation.

EXAMPLE: This OT note shows a violation of the Overtime Rule 4 Consecutive Days and shows each date when this violation occurred.
