Updating Employee Credentials
- Currently only development or the interface can update employee credential information.
If there are delays in receiving HR information, you have the option to update renewal information in Facility Scheduler.
- Open the Employee Credentials page.
- Click the Renewal Date for the license/credential to open an edit form.
- Enter the new Renewal Date (when the credential is due to expire) and select (check) the check box that states you have verified this Credential.

- Please note the importance of the verification. There are significant consequences to the facility if an employee works without a current license.
- Click Save to update the Renewal Date for the credential and mark the credential as compliant.
- The View Employee Credentials page shows the updated Credential.

- When you click Show to view History, Update appears under the Audit Type column and your name appears under the Changed By column.
