Login with a Windows Login

If you are an Employee or User with a valid Windows login, the system will recognize that you have a valid login and will open the Facility Scheduler application to the Welcome or Home page.

To protect your personal and professional information, log out of Facility Scheduler when you finish viewing your schedule or completing other tasks.

To log out of Facility Scheduler, click the Logout link next to your name in the upper right corner of the screen.

• Important Note: Two-step authentication is required when accessing Facility Scheduler from outside the HCA network. When logging in, employees will enter their 3-4 ID and password and an access code will be sent to their email or mobile phone. Employees will then enter the access code to complete the authentication process.

To change users:

1. Click your name or the Logout link in the top right corner of the screen.
2.  The Facility Scheduler login screen displays.
3. For Username, enter your 3-4 Windows Login ID.
4. For Password, enter your Window's password.
5. For Domain, enter the letters of your Domain (if needed).
   Note: This is a mandatory field for users assigned an Administrator role. 
6. Click Login.

The system validates your username and password. If it matches an existing account, the Facility Scheduler Welcome screen displays. If no match is found, an error message displays.

• Note: Users who login with their Windows ID cannot change or reset their password without assistance from their IT group. If you have forgotten your Username or Password, please contact your IT help desk.
