HR Conflicts

Access: Users assigned the Facility - Change permission. By default, the following roles are assigned the permission: PI Labor Corporate Administrators,  roles and higher. 

The HR Import job runs daily to update specific fields such as facility, department, employee type, and skills. Additionally, the import job will create new profiles for newly hired employees and update profile information for employees transferring to other facilities or departments. 

HR Conflicts appear when entered information in Facility Scheduler does not match up with HR. For example, an incorrect name spelling or different department code for a staff member. Conflicts can be resolved by matching the two identities.

Who can view HR conflicts?

Users assigned the Facility - Change permission for one or more Facilities and Departments can view HR Conflicts.

What is shown?

Only information for those departments is shown.

What is displayed?

The HR Conflicts page displays any conflicts between existing Employee General Information in the Facility Scheduler and the uploaded HR file.

To update employee general information: 

If Employee information is updated in the Facility Schedule, but not yet updated in HR, you can prevent the uploaded HR file from overwriting existing employee information in Facility Scheduler.

You can choose to:

 

Each HR Conflict is listed by employee name and department, with each field where the conflicting values occur, the Current Value for the field in Facility Scheduler, and the HR value for the same field.

  1. Select Overwrite or Ignore, the conflict disappears from the HR Conflicts page.
  2. To navigate the pages, click the navigation buttons located at the top and bottom of each page.
